Easy booking of return orders and consignment notes via email

We have made it even easier to manage your transports in FL Portal.

As of today, two new features have been launched, providing greater flexibility and saving time in the booking process:

Return orders on Road DK lanes

It is now possible to book return transports directly in the portal on all Road DK lanes, covering all domestic transports within Denmark.

In addition to the standard lane, you can select the same lane in a “RETURN” version, which allows you to book transport from the delivery address back to the warehouse or pick-up location.

In the booking history, return orders will be clearly marked with “RETURN”, and the pick-up and delivery addresses will be reversed compared to a standard order.

 

 

 

Fragtbrev og label sendt direkte på e-mail

Samtidig har vi tilføjet muligheden for at få fragtbrev og label tilsendt på e-mail allerede ved booking.
Det gør det nemt at videresende dokumenterne, hvis en tredjepart skal håndtere afhentning eller levering.

Funktionen gælder både returordrer og almindelige ordrer, og dokumenterne sendes automatisk til den person, der foretager bookingen – ligesom bookingbekræftelsen.

Consignment note and label sent directly by email

At the same time, we have added the option to receive the consignment note and label by email already at the time of booking. This makes it easy to forward the documents if a third party is handling the pick-up or delivery.

The feature applies to both return orders and standard orders, and the documents are automatically sent to the person making the booking – just like the booking confirmation.
