If recent years have taught us anything, it’s that we live in a rapidly changing world.
For this reason, Frode Laursen was among the first to join “Virksomhedsberedskabet” (the Corporate Emergency Preparedness Network), a coalition dedicated to assisting during crises in Denmark.
“Collaborating across industries and leveraging each company’s resources is fundamentally a good idea. When COVID-19 struck, it became clear how vital transport and logistics are during a crisis. This is why we joined Virksomhedsberedskabet without hesitation,” says CEO Thomas Corneliussen. He adds:
“On average, a Frode Laursen truck crosses the Great Belt Bridge every nine minutes. If there’s a need for transport and logistics, we can make a difference thanks to our large fleet and dedicated workforce.”
Moreover, membership in “Virksomhedsberedskabet” enhances Frode Laursen’s own security preparedness. As part of Denmark’s critical infrastructure, we prioritize NIS2 compliance and overall security, and being part of the network is an excellent supplement to our initiatives.
“Knowledge sharing, access to resources, networking opportunities, and updated information from authorities will undoubtedly make us even stronger in the future,” says Thomas Corneliussen.
