New design on Track and Trace

We have redesigned the look for “track and trace” but kept the key features as they were.

• A new smoother design
• Opportunity to see more steps which an order will go through. Ex. We added steps that will show if the order have completed the step or if it is still in process.
• The icons will be grey until the order is delivered – when delivered they will turn green.

Key Features: 

• 3 search options: reference number, consignment note number, or recipient’s name (including city name).
• Live updates on shipment location and status.
• Access to delivery history and documentation for the past 10 days, helping you review previous shipments and ensure everything proceeded as planned.
• For extended historical data, the OTD-dashboard remains available.
