New Track & Trace Features Now Available

We have introduced several improvements to the Track & Trace solution to provide clearer and more detailed shipment visibility.

Track & Trace now displays a time stamp for each event, previously only the date was shown. This gives a more precise overview of when activities occur throughout the delivery process.

For partners who send parcels through our platform, we have also made it easier to follow shipments all the way to the recipient. The key updates include:

  • Direct link to the carrier’s Track & Trace

You can now access the carrier’s own tracking information directly from our Track & Trace with a single click.

  • New milestone for failed delivery attempts

A new milestone “Delivery has been Attempted” has been added. This status appears when the carrier has attempted delivery but the recipient was not available.

These enhancements are part of our ongoing work to deliver a more transparent and efficient tracking experience.
