25th anniversary: “I’ve always had great colleagues”

On 1 April 2026, Tina Lundquist Andersen celebrates her 25th anniversary at Frode Laursen.

Tina’s career at Frode Laursen began as a maternity cover position. She lives in Lyngå, close to the head office in Vitten, and with three small children and a self-employed husband, her previous job south of Skanderborg was simply too far away.

“I started in the finance department, which was called bookkeeping back then. I handled payroll for warehouse employees who used time cards. We counted the hours and calculated the wages. At first, we only had warehouses in Vitten and Hørning, but suddenly things moved fast, and more locations were added,” says Tina.

Fortunately, Tina got to be part of that development. After her maternity cover, she was offered a permanent position in bookkeeping – a decision she didn’t hesitate to accept.

“Over time, payroll became a smaller part of my job, and new tasks came along. A good example is the haulier contracts, which I still work with today, including invoicing. We had maybe 10–12 hauliers at the beginning, and today we have around 200 across Denmark and Sweden. It’s been an incredible journey for Frode,” she says.

That development is a big part of why Tina has stayed for 25 years. Her tasks have changed, and so has the job. But there is also another very important reason.

“I’ve always had great colleagues. We also meet outside of work, where we do different things, and I like to join. At work, we’re quite divided, so it’s nice to connect across teams. And I believe good collegiality needs care – it doesn’t just happen. In the end, that’s really what has made these 25 years fly by,” Tina explains.

Privately, Tina lives in Lyngå with her husband, whom she has been with for almost 40 years. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active and spending time with her family, which includes three children and four grandchildren. And a new project is waiting: a summer house on Samsø that they have just bought.
