Frode Laursen acquires the transport company Michael Sørensen ApS

With effect from January 1, 2025, Frode Laursen will take over the transport company Michael Sørensen ApS, based in Sabro, west of Aarhus.

Michael Sørensen ApS currently handles transport tasks with approximately 20 vehicles in the construction sector, primarily between central warehouses and some of Denmark’s leading building supply stores.

“Michael Sørensen ApS is a well-run business with a strong focus on service, quality, and flexibility. With its focus on construction logistics, the company is a great match for Frode Laursen’s activities in the construction sector. These activities will now be further strengthened,” says Thomas Corneliussen, CEO of Frode Laursen.

Michael Sørensen will continue his activities as an independent entity under Frode Laursen. Michael Sørensen and all employees will remain with the company.
