35% less CO2 emissions in 2030
Frode Laursen has published its CSR report for 2020, in which the company has set a ten-year target of 35% less CO2 emissions in 2030 compared to 2020.
“This is a very specific target which we have been slightly hesitant in setting until now, because whether we can achieve it isdetermined to a large extent by both the framework conditions and new technological solutions. Nevertheless, we have now decided to push ahead and set an ambitious target,” says Thomas Corneliussen, CEO, Frode Laursen.
An increased use of alternative fuels, technological investments, focus on driving style and a clear vision for sustainable construction of warehouses are some of the initiatives to achieve this target.
