New design and features on the Co-pack KPI

We are pleased to present a significant update to our Copack KPI in the FL Portal.

The update includes a new and improved layout, an expanded data foundation, and enhanced historical data. In short, the overall level has been elevated to provide you with an even better overview.

We encourage you to explore the new version. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact your KAM as always, and we will be happy to walk you through the updated Copack KPI together.

We would particularly like to highlight the following improvements:

Datais now available across different time periods – including historical data.

Root cause codes are now visible directly in the overview.

It is possible to drill down further into the details behind each root cause code.
