We are pleased to introduce our new Request Overview in FL Portal.
The Request Overview gives you a complete overview of all your enquiries in one place, making it easier to track communication and follow up on ongoing cases.
Key features:
- Full overview of both open and closed enquiries
- Create new requests directly in FL Portal also via Track & Trace
- Better visibility of ongoing enquiries and their status
- Improved transparency and easier follow-up on ongoing enquiries
With the Enquiry Overview, you no longer need to search through emails or multiple systems to find the status of a case. All enquiries are gathered in one place, providing a clear and efficient way to manage your communication with Frode Laursen.
